The Team supporting the refurbishing of Westridge Studio have been working hard to ensure that it is ready for the first event on Sunday 8 March, an Art and Qi-Gong (Tai Chi) Workshop. This event is bringing together arts and wellbeing and is representative of DR's wish to bequeath a building to be used as a "centre for the arts in all its forms." A LiveFit Now morning is taking place on Thursdays, starting on 12 March, which includes a coffee morning at 10-11am (all welcome). On Sunday 15 March a Deep Relax Yoga workshop is taking place.
